Solidmicro SD-HK800 Pico Video Projector runs WinCE 5.0

Solidmicro, a Japan company, is launching this month the SD-HK800 palm-sized pico projector. The device uses LCoS display technology and runs Windows CE 5.0 that allows it to handle media playback.


The SD-HK800 features 640×480 resolution, 30 lumens brightness, up to 200:1 contrast ratio and RGB LED backlight. The pico projector has 2GB internal memory and supports microSD up to 32GB. It supports playback of RM/RMVB, MPG, MWV, AVI, MP4, VOB video, MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC audio as well as GIF, BMP, JPG, PNG image files. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF documents can also be opened.
The Solidmicro SD-HK800 is available in black and white and the price will be about 54,800 Yen.
