Cue Acoustics Cue Radio Model r1 iPod Dock


Cue Acoustics launches the new Cue Radio Model r1 iPod dock that comes in three editions, the Outlaw Signature Edition, Hospitality Edition and a custom edition.

The Cue Radio Model r1 is a clock radio with integrated iPod/iPhone dock. It features dual alarms AM/FM radio tuner with 24 presets, D2Audio DSP/Digital Amplifier and bi-amplified sound. It also offer 3.5mm input for other audio sources.


The Outlaw Signature Edition of the r1 adds a global “Position” setting that optimizes the r1’s output to match its placement and a “Talk” sound profile that reduces some of the “boominess” of talk radio. It is priced at $399 and comes with an exclusive gloss black finish. The Hospitality Edition is ideal for luxury hotels and resort brands offering custom hotel brand logo on the display when the r1 is turned on and custom alarm behaviors. Lastly, the Cue Radio Model r1 is also available for customization targeting at premium gift market, allowing buyers to pre-programmed the r1 with a personal message or picture on its display.

iHome iP46 Rechargeable iPod/iPhone Speaker System


iHome launches the iP46 portable rechargeable stereo speaker for iPod and iPhone. The iP46 is equipped with rechargeable lithium ion battery enough for 10 hours of audio playback. It features four speakers in Reson8 speaker chambers, SRS WOW sound enhancement and a pivoting retractable dock for iPhone and iPod. It also offers a line-in jack for connecting other audio sources such as MP3 player, PMP.

Monster Mobile Jamz In-ear Headphones


Monster launches its newest addition to the Jamz line, the Mobile Jamz in-ear headphones. Other than the headphones, the Mobile Jamz package includes the Monster Mobile Media Drive with 2GB microSD card and USB adapter for managing and transferring music and photos from PC to phone.

The Mobile Jamz headphones feature the ControlTalk Universal with built-in microphone and call answer button that works with virtually any music phones, including Blackberry, LG, HTC..etc. Also included in the Mobile Jamz kit is the Y-Cable Chat Adapter that makes the headphones to be used for making calls and video chats on Skype.

Motorola ES400 Enterprise Digital Assistant



Motorola introduces the ES400 Enterprise Digital Assistant (EDA), which is a Windows Embedded Handheld device based on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. The ES500 sports a 600MHz ARM11 processor, 256MB RAM, 1GB Flash memory. It features a QWERTY keyboard, a 3-inch PenTil 640×479 touchscreen, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with auto focus and bar code scanning and a microSD card slot.



Motorola’s ES400 is a rugged EDA that meets the MIL-STD 810G drop, temperature, vibration and rain standards and exceeds IP42 rating. As for connectivity, the device supports tri-band HSDPA/HSUPA, quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band CDMA/EVDO, A-GPS, WiFi 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth.

This enterprise-oriented device runs Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional with a customizable enterprise UI offering always-on access to enterprise applications.

AT&T Samsung Captivate Galaxy S Smartphone



Samsung is launching in the US market the Captivate that is basically AT&T’s version of the Galaxy S smartphone. Running the Android 2.1 with TouchWiz UI, the new phone comes with a 4-inch large capacitive Super AMOLED touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, 16GB internal storage, 3D graphics engine and six-axis motion sensor.



The Samsung Captivate is powered by a 1GHz Hummingbird processor. It supports Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11n connectivity and quad-band GSM, tri-band HSPA 7.2Mbps network. This Galaxy S phone also include AT&T Navigator, which offers voice-guided and visual turn-by-turn GPS driving directions and Samsung’s Social Hub and Media Hub features.

The Samsung Captivate Galaxy S will be released in the coming months.
